HAIL storm
I got punked by a horrible hail storm.
Went to service king: 3424$ PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR
Insurance company: State Farm, inspection on Thursday.
State F. doesn't recognize paintless DR because people get it done, dont like it, and end up filing another claim.
So, the guy at service king, said probably about 6 grand.
in other words: I get a free 6 thousand dollar paint job.
should i stay FBP, or go the signature route, EBP?

ok heres the thing.
they arent gonna give me a 6000 dollar check for me to do what i want with it.
that only happens if i OWN the car, if i have nothing left to pay on it.
however i do still owe on my car, so, they give the check to whoever does my work, not me.
ill get a paintjob out of this, nothing else.

if you do a color change, will they paint the door jambs? if so, i'd suggest gunmetal, not ebp. that's way too common.

My dad got paintless done on his porsche you couldn't tell there was EVER a problem... It all depends on the tech...
The good thing about them is they train you for 2 years before you can advertise with their brandname "paintntless" in there advertising so usually you get good people.
