Default H2B costs (searched)

hey guys my buddy is looking into doing a h2b swap and wants to know a price... i told him probably about a grand. he has nothing to start with so it would be for the tranny, mounting plate, and clutch.

a grand for everything? ok so he buys as follows:


b16a tranny 700-1000 dollars

the evolution kit "with mounts" is 1245 dollars

does he have a motor?

throw another grand to 1500 on there for motor and miscellaneous.

so your at $3500 ish. im not really sure where you got a grand at

yeah a grand is way off. If ek forever gu enters this thread, he'll own everyone with his info on H2b. I just haven't seen him post in awhile. In any case, I belive Sohctodohc hit the nail on the head But it might be more expensive. Sorry, i'm not totally sure.

If he want to spend a grand, then he's either gonna be getting a D series or B18b1(nothing wrong with that)

JDM H22A LONGBLOCK $900-$1000
QSD H2B KIT $700
B-SERIES TRANNY $400-$1000 DEPENDS
OTHER PARTS $200-$300

YOU NEED TO LOOK AROUND $2500-$3500 DEPENDS ON HOW GHETTO YOU WANNA GOO... LOL...

Well if he already has a B swap it's pretty cheap because he already has the B drivetrain, especially with the QSD kit because you can use the stock B mounts with poly inserts.
