yeah its just solid. I have a p13 stock and a chipped p72 with s200 and they both stay solid when i jump the wire. idk if they are both bad or what? the only thing I have unpluged is the o2 sensor and egr. but i was gonna wait to put the bottom half of the header on so i could see if the engine ran first.

So you are saying the CEL remains on steady both with and without the service connector jumped, right? If so, check the ECU A7, A8, A23, A24, A25, and B1 terminal connections and wires. Also check the ECU A26 and B2 ground connections and wires.

ok so i tested all the wires they all have power. the injectors have power to both sides? so I guess the ECU provides the ground? which its not doing because i pulled the rail off the intakemanifold and there is no gas squirting.. I also check the dizzy again for spark and still nothing. but its getting power to the 2 prong plug. but no spark?

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
I just have a test light at my disposal and I checked the wires that i could with that and they seemed to be getting power. I have no way to check grounds.. I did do a wire tuck tho and I dont think I forgot any grounds. does anyone have a digram for the major grounds that could be affecting this? but there is one wire I found that doesent seem to be connected its a green wire with a red stripe. I think its a data link conector wire idk but it has power to it but its not connected to the ecu.

You need an inexpensive low impedance digital multimeter to check whether the ground wire terminals in the ECU connectors have continuity to body ground.
You may be able to purchase an adequate multimeter for $5-$10 at Harbor Freight Tools.

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
yeah they have power from the ignition to the injectors but not form the ecu and i tested it at the ecu and it has no power there to? but when I unplug the big plug that the injector wires go to on the ecu it has power at the ecu?

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
The ECU provides ground to the injector. Do #1 and #4 have voltage at the ECU connector? If you briefly ground each injector wire (#1, #2, #3, or #4) terminal in the unplugged ECU connector, do all injectors click?

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
#1 and #4? yes they have power at the ecu plug. i pulled the rail off the Intake manifold and primed the fuel and 1 and 4 were the only ones that sprayed.

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
If #2 and #3 have power at the injector plug but not at the ECU plug, then the wires are broken or the injectors are bad.

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
well they only have power from the yellow/black wire and not from the red and blue wires on the injector plugs.

Re: H23A vtec swap in 95 civic sedan - no gas injected into cylinders
If you can swap the #1 and #2 injectors and #1 position still sprays but not #2, then there's a problem with the Red and Lt Blu wires.

stupid question I don't know if this was already stated but did your first what fuel hose did you use?? and second did you have fuel spraying out or the fail, filter, or fuel hose its self? im having the same issue with my car and I think my injectors are clogged but I don't even know where to start checking
