Default h22a in ek runs rich

I need some help and maybe someone has delt with this or has some suggestions. I dropped an h22a into my 00 ek last week and i'm gettin like 10miles per gallon. That really sucks especially with the rising gas prices. Plus there is a real strong gas smell coming from the exhaust. I need help solving this problem.

My car (H22 del sol) did the same thing. You aren't running a chipped P28 are you?

Why check fuel lines? It's not leaking.

No I'm running the stock p13 ecu.

I'll try that. Thanks. I kinda doubt that it is but at this point I'll try anything. I got everything from Hmotorsonline and he usually tells us everything he knows about the stuff we buy from him. Someone told me it could be a faulty o2 sensor but i'm not getting any codes.
