Default h22a eg hatch...need good clutch

im doin a h22a swap in a 92 eg hatch and need a good clutch to put in it, i have a h23a trans, i was thinkin exedy stage 2 but idk yet. need flywheel and clutch. and cant spend more than 350-400 on it. the motor is built up alot so i need somethin good that wont slip. any thoughts on exedy or anyother clutch i should use

xtd is cheap and holds up pretty wheel. f1 is good....for about 2 months of abusive street driving.
go exedy and you wont have $ left over for a flywheel

id go exedy, i heard f1 is good, but no expencence with them, if you look on ebay they have exedy clutch kits w/ fly wheels in a package deal.

i looked at the xtd and f1 clutches and just dont think i could trust them. i wanna do the job once and not again for awhile. any other brands that r good and cheap. im plannin on running atleast mid 11s but hopefully faster. im was thinking i want a atleast a 6 puck.

there is comp, my mind is going blank right now and i cant think of any others but they are expensive, and will blow your 400 on the clutch alone.


edit--- there is also act, clutch masters,centerfource
a act 6 puck goes for around 300-400 on modacar.com

I would go Exedy. check out nopi website they have some good clutches, for some good prices.

they r on ebay...a stage 3 6 puck is $182 rated at 275 lbs of engine torque

i wouldnt trust it, but thats me....
a stage 3 for 182 just seems to cheep to be relaible.

Action clutches are also very good.

^^ive heard good things about the action clutches. there kinda "underground" but i heard its what bisi runs in the insight so it must be good
