H22a civic headlight clearence
I just recently bought the black housing headlights from eBay, and tried purring in the drivers side headlight and it did not fit because of the h22a alternator. The housing/mount for the headlight is a little fatter than the stock headlight and it touches the alternator and belt. My dad says I can adjust the alternator to make it sit a little lower so the new headlight will barely fit. He said all I need to do is move the alternator down a little and get new alternator belt. Is he correct? Or am I going to have to sell these new headlights and put my stock headlights back on?
