ok i have had the swap for 2 months now, car is a 96 hatch with h22a4. i am going to give all details incase someone knows something someone else dont, the car is running a p28 chipped by chris at xenocron. the car ran awesome and i was raceing it last night.all of a sudden the 8200 redline went away and now its cutting back at 6800. i have no CEL. i even jumped the wire to see if it would throw something. it didnt start doing it til i went to shift to 4th and i accidently went to 2nd. the car was an automatic swapped to manual. i just put a cluster w/ tach in it that day from a ex wich redline is 7000. and thats exactly were the car is cutting off. but here is the weird thing, 1st gear will rev to 8200, every other gear cuts back at like 6800-7000. this is getting very aggravating.the knock sensor and 02 sensor have been disabled. if anyone can tell me what can cause this without a CEL and why just 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th please let me know.
