H22 Swap on EK?....
im planning to get an H22 OBD2 motor swap on to my EK but i was wondering do i need to modify anything under my hood like cutting chassis for motor mount and etc....n also if there's going to be any ground clearance @ bottom of the car n the hood?...

i wish i could help you more. i know theres alot of threads with this information but the search is not working at the moment. i know on EK's theres a mount that needs to be placed for the H22, not too sure but i remember seeing something like that. You will need to modify the inside of your car though, if you didnt know, you need to make you own custom gearbox cut to allow the trany cable to link to your shifter. You will need GOOD motor mounts for this kind of swap, i personally cant tell you which ones to go with, but look around. Now if you slam your car, You will have problems with ground clearence due to the H22's oil pan and sometimes the headers will scrape. hope this helps.
