if your going to drop an H22 in, don't F with that gay SC, go turbo. H22 in a civic, should be a car mainly intended for Drag racing. So do something that actually will make power.

I agree! Don't s/c it! Go with turbo or nos and you should be in the 12's. Just drive carefully!
Peace

be prepared to spend a lot of time on this.I am not sayuing that it's hard just time consuming. I just finished mine and hopefully the last part will arive tommorrow so that i can start it. But go with the swap adn then after it becomes to slow and u get used to it, hit up the turbo like other people said.
ps don't forget to upgrade your suspension
good luck post what u decide to do
later

Another thing. With an H22 in a Civic, there isn't much room left for anything else. Especially in the rear near the firewall. The JRSC BARELY fits inside a regular Prelude. At least with a turbo, you can hang it off the front. And since you already need to remove the PS and A/C, there's enough room to fit a simple log type turbo manifold on the front.
$$$ for $$$, turbo is still the wiser choice. And it can be tuned for the streets easily.
But if you're sold on the SC, go for it.
