h22 help
Ok, so i have a h22a4 in my 94 dx 4 door. I just completed this swap, started it up, and drove it down the road. All of the sudden the smoke starts rolling out of it.... I automatically assume headgasket since it shows all typical signs of head gasket faliure. I go on to replace the head gasket, start it up, same thing happens. I had the head checked before i put it back on and he said it was ok.
Today i did a compression check on it, it came out /cyl1-170/ cyl2-160/ cyl3- 180/ cyl4- 180... Right now i am stumped, would the compression not be farther off if there was something cracked in the cylinder? Any help will be appreciated..... Thanks
