H22 fitment in an EG hatch
Hey guys I was just wondering if you guys had to do any cutting, etc to fit the h22 in properly. The reason I ask is I'm going to paint my car, and I wanna know if I should fit the motor in case of cutting, so that I don't have to cut on fresh paint, don't want her to rust.

Only place you're going to have to cut is by the shifter to fit the cable shifter in place. Unless you're going to fully strip the car and then paint it I wouldn't worry about it, that area wouldn't see new paint anyway.

Actually I am going to strip the entire interior. So the only thing I need to fit is the shifter and cables?
