H22 in an Ek Civic Dx..Which year H22?
Hello Everyone..I am new to honda-tech and this is my first post..I am wanting to install a H22 into my Civic Dx..In you guys opinion which H22 would be my best bet? Will any year model work in it..It will be just the Engine..No A/C, no P/S Just the engine and alternator..As little as possible..Also if any of you guys have done the swap or know where an article about this swap is at on the net post it for me..I have searched and only found limited info...Once agian..This site rocks..I hope i have lots of responses...Thank you in advance...

I have been looking for a motor swap for awhile. I ahve wanted an H22 in my car as long as I have had one..You know..For guys like me who surf the net constantly ..It would be awesome if there was a conclusive parts list to do this swap..But that would be to easy though...The only problems that I could see running into would be the wiring..The engine and tranny well you buy the mounts..Wiring that sounds like a pain...Axles..Well you buy axles..Cable shift linkage..Well that shouldn't be that hard. I wish someone on Honda Tech was an expert on the H22 into the 96 Civic Dx..I would love to talk with them..Because they have done one before..What would really be nice is if someone lived close to me and had done one of these beasts before..I am still searching..Thank you for your reply..
