Okay I have posted before about having weird shifting issues with my H22. Originally I had thought I had shitty shifter cables and so did a few fellow H-T members so I replaced them with 92-96 Non Adjustable shifter cables, made it ten times worse so I put the old ones (97+ H22 adjustable cables) back on. Here's my problem, I can go through all five gears, but the thing is alot of the time I have a problem getting into first and fifth and every once in awhile 3rd, it's like if i don't shift dead on or hold it in for a sec it will sit there grinding until i go to 2nd or 4th. I have absolutely no problems with 2nd, 4th, or R. I'm thinking that since one shifter cable controls 1,3,5 and the other 2,4,R I need to tighten the shifter cable that controls 1,3,5. Cuz logically thinking Im thinking that its too loose therefore Im having to fish for the gears. Anybody have any input onto this subject it would be greatly helpful. What do you guys think I should do??
