Like I said, about $500-$5000
A full type-s swap from a retailer runs for ~$5000
I've seen h22a swaps from locals for $500-800

By a shop? Expect $1000-3000 in labor.
That's provided you have EVERY part and the shop doesn't have to order any.
The price will also depend if you have pulled the old motor, prepped the engine bay at all, or did any of the wiring pre-swap.
it's cheaper to buy the tools, a good manual and do it yourself. With the help of a good manual, the faq's, and honda-tech and various other forums, you could do it in a weekend with some buddies.
