H22 in eg
hi, me and a friend put an h22a4 in his 95eg hatch and we are getting no spark. we have fuel and everything is good except we are getting no spark. since the engine is from an obd2 car, what are we missing? we have read somewhere that you have to use an obd1 dizzy but the harness we have for it supports the obd2 dizzy. all grounds are there and everything. BTW the car was auto and we did the auto to manual swap. we connected the 2 wires that is required to make it think that its in park or neutral or whatever...any suggestions?? anything would be helpfull. thanks

using obd2 dizzy with obd1 ecu...its a chipped p28 with h22 basemap...i remember reading somewhere that you have to use the obd1 dizzy but the harness has the 4 wire plug that the obd2 dizzy takes instead of the obd1 7 or 8 wire that the h22/h23 has. he is probably going to have to get another harness isnt he?
