i got a h22 eg...my 5th gear went out so i was gonna put a f22 tranny for now untill i get the h22 rebuilt.. but the tranny mount doesnt line up with the wholes on the f22 tranny.. any1 ever go through this?? lmk asap will appreciate all the info

wut year f22 trans do you have cause h and f series trans are interchangeable and are the same

if you are using the stock civic trans it should fit i would try to compare to another f22 trans and see cause the h and f trans will bolt up to eaither or and i wouldnt think the trans bolt holes would be any different i would checked it out

yea the hasport mount from the h22 tranny doesnt work on the f22 tranny...

can i use a 5th gear from a f22 tranny in my h22 tranny?

the h22 trans has shorter gears than the f22 but it being 5th gear i would it would proable help on highway 2 i have a friend that put a ls 5 th gear in his b16 and it worked great. but im still stuck on why it wont match up cause ive put the full f22 swaps in preludes and h22 swaps in accords and the mounts work. did you pull this trans out of the car or buy from some1 cause they may sold you wrong trans

and i know it being in a civic but you have the hasport mount so i dnt see why it isnt working ima try to look some more info up

i looked up those mounts real quick and it say that they work on the h and f series motor swaps into a civic so i would look into making sure its the right trans man or maybe need like a 94 up model trans
