Gut the hell out of your car and put them in 2 pieces and it should fit. Most people put the motor where the pass. seat is (take the seat out) and you could put the tranny in the back seat area.

There was someone who asked this question a few months ago. Someone was able to put in an H22 into their hatch.

My friend got it to fit in the back when he took it to the shop to get sone internal work done to it. There was still some room around it too. He just packed some towels around it and below it so it didn't rock back and forth.

my cousin fit a whole b16 motor in his hatch..the only difficult part was guiding the shift linkage in so it wouldnt hit on stuff.

well the h22 doesnt have a shift linkage, so that would help part of the problem<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by CivicSpoon &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">My friend got it to fit in the back when he took it to the shop to get sone internal work done to it. I think with the IM and header on you'd have to fold the seat down, and secure the engine from moving around (a few bungee cords probably).
