Get yourself a nice DC Sports system, I'm running one on my 00 SI and i love it, its got that nice deep tone, its not like a lot of the systems out there where the higher the engine revs the more annoying/ricey it gets, and when VTEC engages you can definately hear and feel the difference.

what is your budget?
how bad is the damage?
what ripped off?
if you have an OBX now, and it doesn't sound that great...
weld in another resonator or cut off the resonator, and weld in a bigger one.
i have a tsudo n1 for a 92-95 hatch... its loud.. but deep, very deep...
a little bit annoying.. but i'm getting used to it..
sounds great if you rev it when your in a tunnel or underpass...
reason why i got it: limited budget, had the most youtube clips, and several of them were decent...
if your muffler was the part that just ripped off, then use the greddy b-piping, and mix it with the obx muffler, they should line up fine...
see how that sounds...

Hell yea guys!!! I used to get ripped on for promoting the WS2. I never understood why. I guess the scene is changing and people appreciate the refined growl of the WS2 more.
Def. look into a high-flow cat and header if you don't already have one. And try for a 2.5 in collector... These parts only make it sound more racious!
