well from what your sayin is that your frame got pushed in
happeend to my buddy he got in an accident and they took it off and now he has no front frame and just the body kit on saving his motor lol
take it to a body shop
get them to look
go for free estimates

I guess your talking about the supports. Got confused by the useless history of the car. Anyways go to a junkyard and pick those things up. All they are is supports, which you can rebolt the ones now and place the new ones with. If I understanding your post correctly, it should just be plug and play. Good luck.

This is what I would do. Wait to jack up the car and go to a junkyard and get some supports off another Civic. After that go to a welding shop or muffler shop and ask them a nicely and mature way to weld them on for you. Just be nice about it and they might do it. My lil' .02!

If no one answers your question. Get a phonebook and look up welding shops or muffler shops and call them about the welding job you want done. Should't take more than 5 mintues.

there is a jacking point right behind your front tire on each side. if you stick your head under there you will see it. that is a much better place to jack than those 2 tabs on the front end. also i hope you are not jacking on the radiator support. also a new radiator support is about $70. idk if that is the price you were asking about. also if you do get a new radiator support you can drill out the current tack welds and put the new one on and hold it in place with the bolts for the bumper beam. then you can either go to a shop and have them tack it or rock it like that. idk if that is what you are talking about for sure but good luck and jack on the side points from now on
