Default H&R's for Integra on a Civic?

With stock struts on a 96 Civic EX coupe, which would be best?

H&R Sports Civic
H&R Sports Integra
H&R Race Civic
H&R Race Integra
H&R Sport ITR
H&R Race ITR

The drop doesn't matter as long as 15" wheels with some decent sized tires won't rub. The handling needs to be good. Since the Integra weighs more than the Civic, would springs for an Integra not drop it as much as springs for a Civic would?

Also, if any H&R ITR people wander into here, what do you think the ride would be like with H&R Race ITR?

I'm thinking to just go with the H&R Race ITR.... for the following reasons... Drop would be good, and the stiffness would be very good for a spring, although some new struts would be needed soon.
