H&R or Tein Springs?!

H&R or Tein Springs?!
I am looking to lower my car (95 civic ex coupe). I have narrowed it down to either H&R Sport Springs or Tein S-Tech Springs. I am just looking for some feedback on either or both of these products. They are going to be mated with KYB GR2 struts for now (may switch to some adjustables later on). Basically, I am looking for the spring with the best quality, best preformance gains, and best ride comfort. Hehe the best of everything it seems. I did find the spring rates, but I don't really know what they mean?!
Stock Springs = Front 182 lbs./in. Rear 107 lbs./in.
H&R Springs = Front 330 lbs./in. Rear 280 lbs./in. (-1.8" F / -1.6" R)
Tein S-Techs = Front 212 lbs./in. Rear 140 lbs./in. (-1.8" F / -1.7" R)
Any information or reviews would be greatly appreciated. You can even make fun of me all you want because I am a newbie, lol. But! I did try searching first!
Thanks again!

H&R's were the ones I was thinking of first, but then I came accross some Teins at a good price. Can anyone else review either of them?! (Thanks for your input Navid OG! )

have u looked into the Tanabe line of drop springs? they have like 3 different versions to fit your needs. also i like the spring rates of the H&R over the Teins.

looking at the Spring rates that you gave. I would go with the H&R's. The Tein's rates look soft (more comfort) but you should bet better performance from the H&R's. If you were staying with stock shock I would go with the Tein's.
Overall H&R springs are better than Tein's IMO
