Default H&R Sport Springs?

Anyone know the spring rates of H&R Sport Springs, front and rear? I couldn't find the specs on their webpage.

I guess 330F and 280R

I got it from ClubSI.com, but I don't go there often.

I don't have H&R's specs, but my car lowered about 1.5 in front and rear in my EH.

I had Race Drops at first and it was at about 2.5 in the front and 2.25 in the rear. Too low for my taste and went to Sport Drops.
