it would be ok for a while, just save up and get shocks too, so u do everything at once, instead of twice

are you using this as a daily or no? race springs are prob going to be too low for DD duty especially if you get a lot of snow on the roads around there.

i had the H&R race springs on my 95 civic and they were supposed to fit for a 96+ civic.. they dont slam your car hella.. low they are cool for daily driving even with stock shocks.. they were the first lowering springs i have had on any car then i moved up to omni power drag setup now those are stiff as hell and are the damn best back breaking suspension i have even rode on besides K-sport

no, adjustable coilovers will allow you to drop it too low where the tires will be rubbing if you want. but yeah any RACE springs are gonna be very low.

Those shocks are going to blow, and you're going to be taking all of that apart again. Do it right the first time and get some shocks. Snow tires are better off then regular tires in the snow, but isn't all that it's out to be depending on how much snow fall. I'm only lowered 2 inches in the front and 1.8 inch in the rear and I didn't go anywhere for a month because of the snow.
