Re: H Frame (manonfire0505)
The H-Brace stabilizes the frame by supporting the chassis and helps in high speed cornering by preventing the chassis from flexing.
had one given to me and i just put one on my car this past weekend, it helped a little bit but mine rubs on my exhaust and is doing more harm then help.
honestly i think it was a waste of my time

Re: H Frame (jimbo_690)
They make a fairly noticeable difference for cornering(more than a normal strut/tie bar, but less than a swaybar)...only issue with mine(and I'd imagine most others) is that it makes oil changes a PITFA because the filter is harder to get to...overall I'd say it's worth it though (if you're not totally slammed)

i got my nrg h brace for like 25 bucks and i think it made a pretty big deal. i do a lot of mountain driving in the local canyons....so i take a lot of turns fast, i can feel the differance... but much like jimbo my ls vtec header sits right on the top of the h brace and makes a very ******* annoying rattling noise in very low rpms...so i would get it but wrap the front bar where it will make contact with the header is a high resistant heat tape or something like header wrap. thats what im going to do.

Re: H Frame (Pr0ject93hb)
yea well i live on the coast in NC and its pretty flat around here, just curious driving to school today i took a 15 mhp curve at about 35 and it actually impressed me. but its still rubbing. btw i have then H-brace wrapped with header wrap and it lasts for about 2 days until either it slides out of place or tears from the exhaust rubbing on it.
