Default Guage cluster problem after swap... HELP

my car has been sitting for a few months, and i just swapped in a jdm b16 into my del sol. anyway not too long ago i had to roll down the windows, and i had to hook the battery up. of course it was discharged, so i did it while i charged the batt. ANYWAY at that time, the windows worked, gauge cluster lit up (CEL, Malfunction indicators, etc) when i switched the key to ACC II....

so fast forward about 2 months, the swap is in, the car runs, BUT the gauge cluster only lights up the battery icon (alt), and the SRS indicator light when i start the car. shortly after, they turn off. Another thing is the windows do not work, and my blinkers dont work. BUT the hazrads work.

NOW, what could be the problem here? I mean i started the car fine, everything seems to be plugged in, and it all worked before. Any ideas? Im at a lost of clues. Ive done like 3-4 swaps before, and this has never happened. Thanks ahead of time.

btw: this is a JDM b16a in a 95 obd 1 sol.

Not quite sure either, check your fuses maybe? Or something may be shorting out somewhere (Had that problem before.) Whatever it is, good luck.

the fuses i checked, the altenator could be the culprit? you think its that big green plug that may be loose? hmm does that power up the cabin?
