GSR tranny question.
Hello H-t members i have a question?... Is it safe to put a tranny oil cooler in my GSR tranny?... And if so where could i buy the bolts that have a channel?
P.S what are the Cons and Pros?...

i don't think there would be any point to it, as there really isn't a pump in manual transmissions... afaik, the rotation of the gears picks up the trans. fluid and self lubricates as the gears rotates. i could be wrong tho. auto trannies, however, have a fluid pump, and you can ad an external oil cooler to them

well if there was a pump in the trans you could, however there isn't one, so even if you did tap into the trans and ran lines for an oil cooler the oil would just sit there, it wouldn't move around. if you're that worried about your trans, follow your owners manual maintenance procedure under the severe category, and change fluid with honda manual transmission fluid. that would be my best guess
