GSR Sway bars on EG ex coupe and si hatch
I was wonder who has done it on either a EG EX coupe or EG Si Hatch.
Front and rear GSR Sway bars
How did it compare to the way it was.
I have a set that I'm going to put on my coupe. There also is a car in my local parts yard that has tokiko blues with eibach coilovers. I was going to get these plus the swaybars/rear lower control arms (Its a GSR also) and put my stock springs on the tokiko blues and put these parts on the hatch. It is my daily driver. What do you think?

The rear sway bar makes a big difference. I don't know how much of a difference you are going to feel with the larger front sway bar we are only taking like 2mm bigger over the ex or si. When you pull the rear sway bar don't forget all the brackets, mounting bolts and lower control arms. Take a saws all with you 9 times out of 10 the lower rear shock bolts will be rusted fast.

I'm hoping that since it has tokiko blues on it they will come loose. If not I'll just leave them together. Since its all going in the same car any how. Though...
My other set of lower control arms I had to cut the struts loose. Is there a trick to removeing the cut bolt from the bushing or should I just get new ones?!?!

Once you have a broken off bolt stuck in there you have to get new bushings.
Use copper anti-seeze on the bolts next time. I've never had a bolt seeze up on me with it.
the GSR sepup (24/13) would be better than what you start with on an EX/SI. At least you will have a rear bar.
IMO go with the GSR rear bar and leave the stock 22mm front in there. It's a bit less bar but the balance of the car will be better. (22/13)

That was the way that I set mine up 22/13 and it handles very well. I still have the 24mm from the gsr in the basement for when I add the larger motor swap. I might just swap it in and see how the handling changes
