All jerkings from engine are air related man. You must have missed a hose or something check these...
1. throttle gasket and all of its hose
2. Idle air valve control..(some **** like that.) behind the IntakeMan
3. PVC
4. Brake booster valve hose.
5. Intake man gasket
for your problem, you must most definitely have a small air leaks somewhere. I'm pretty sure it's a gasket if you have a low rpm jerking. Big leaks usually jerking at 1-2.4k rpm, small leak from idle to 1.5k rpm.... small leaks are usually from gaskets leak, big leaks are from big gaskets leak and air path from hoses.
GOOD LUCK
