Default Gsr swap running lean

So i have had an ongoing battle with my car throwing the Codes for Too lean and Fuel Trim malfunction. The car idles funky, it will jump up to 1500 and hold there, sit at 1000, or it will drop so low that the lights start flickering and the car shakes. It also bogs around where vtec engages occasionally
here is a list of things I have done so far:
Replace O2 sensor
Replace Fuel Filter
Replace EGR valve
Clean IACV
Clean Injectors
Check for Vaccuum leaks.

My question is, I have a b18c1 in a 2000 civic cx and the fuel pump was not swapped. Could this cause me to throw these codes? I plan on checking my fuel pressure this weekend so Im not sure of the status of the FPR

Yes fuel pressure is the number one thing to check. I am no at work to look up exact specs, but I think it should be around 38-42psi or so with the vacuum line pulld from the FPR pinched off - somone corect me if I'm wrong please.

The second thing to have done would be a proper valve adjustment.

"Valve adjustment?"

Yes if you have some improperly adjusted valves it can make the engine run too rich, or too lean. If you're not familiar with how to adjust valves then have a competant shop do them.

Are you positive you've done all of those things, or are you just saying you did? Reason I ask is because your engine doesn't even have an EGR valve, so how could you have changed it?

Swapping the Integra fuel pump can only help the situation, but if you have another, separate issue then of course that needs to be fixed too. If your fuel pressure checks low then I'd definately grab an Integra fuel pump. I'd honestly grab a used Integra fuel pump before I'd ever buy a new aftermarket one from a pats store. Parts store fuel pumps are garbage.

I have done everything personally except fro the EGR. The shop who did the swap told me that thye switched it out for me since mine was stuck open, but they probably lied out their asses because they turned out to be pretty shady.

I sat and watched my car at idle today and the lights would flicker and the idle would jump from 1000 to 1500 or down to 400ish. I also hear a squeeking noise coming from the rear of the car
