Ok recently I traded my 93 civic with a turbo kit(not installed) for a 96 ej8 with si conversion and interior. With a Gsr Swap in it. I need to register the car. I called DMV and title and everything is good. But I heard that thanx to Arnold I can now take my car to any smog station and they should be able to smog my car no problem right?

How does this exactly work. Cuz I need to get this over with.
