im planing on putting a gsr swap in my eg what are all the gaskets and fluids that i need

Is it a complete swap, why would you need gaskets? Maybe a exhaust manifold gasket, coolant, Honda MTF for the transmission, and I would change oil and filter.

3 quarts honda MTF, 4.25 quarts 5w30 oil, 2 gallons antifreeze, 2 gallons distilled water.

Don't need any gaskets unless you want to replace them. If so, you'll need whatever gaskets you feel like replacing.

Also a muffler bearing so you wont get any exhaust leaks :)

Don't forget the kanuter valve. It is very important.

It might also be time to change your clutch belt, so don't forget to check that.

yeah its a complete swap and getting a new exhaust system as well
want to change trans fluid
also any one know where to get shifter brackets,bushings

You are going to need the gsr rear tranny L bracket for the motor mount.

Energy suspension makes shifter bushings that are polyurethane. That's what I would use if I was you. Here is an Ebay link to red ones they are like 10 bucks plus shipping.
