GSR Swap Jumper Harness Q's for EG Hatch....
I have a 94' Civic CX Hatchback, and recently purchased a JDM 95' GSR swap from Hmotorsonline.com.....
Everything needed to perform the swap is included in what he sent me, but I have some questions regarding some of the wiring that's going to have to be changed up. Since my car didn't come with VTEC originally, how am I going to make the VTEC work?
I've been told of a jumper harness that will plug in between the engine harness and the car harness that has the wiring in the correct pin locations, and all I would have to do after that is run a couple of wires for the VTEC solenoid.
If so, where would I get a "jumper harness" like that? And am I missing anything as far as procedure goes, as far as wiring goes? Sorry if these sound like dumb questions, this is my first time performing the swap.
Thanks,
-Ant-

as far as i know its 2 wires to run fo da vtak....but i think the wiring harness from the gsr will plug into the shock towers on the cx and then you can run an obd1 ecu and wont need a jumper harness.....but then again im not exactly sure....also search is a really good idea as it has been done a million and one times and im sure its covered somewhere on this forum
