GSR Swap Intake Mani Sensors Help
I have a 99 B18c1 and it came with a bare gsr intake manifold so instead of buying all the sensors from honda i decided to pickup a complete obd2 intake manifold but now ive run into some confusion.
In pic #1 ive circled in green what i believe is the IAT sensor and in pic #2 ive circled in green where its supposed to be bolted.
Heres the problem in pic #1 what is the sensor that i circlued in red? and why in pic #2 is there no thread where you should be able to bolt that solenoid?
Thanks guys

Pic one is an OBD2 intake manifold. Pic two is an OBD1 manifold. Green circle is indeed the IAT, Red circle is the Evap Purge. The OBD1's used a totally different style EVAP Purge. Besides this the OBD1 and 2 manifolds are basically identical.

Btw, in terms of the IAT sensor D, B, F and H-series are all the same for OBD1 and in some cases OBD2 models, if it looks the same it is.

Okay gotcha. One more question on my single cam the IAT is located on the intake arm but where is the evap purge located?

In your case you can't use the D-series IAT (unless you keep it in the intake arm and plug the hole in the back of the IM) All the OBD1 D-series engines use the style the GS-R uses though. Evap purge is under the air cleaner on a Y7 IIRC.
