GSR swap in EJ2, battery not charging
The alternator works, the battery is new...
I've check just about every connection, everything seems to be grounded correctly... but there are two things that I've come up with:
1.) The main battery fuse is 80A from my old engine. The integra fuse box says 100A. Could that cause it?
2.) I read somewhere online that the horn wiring is also intertwined with the alternator ground. My horn isn't working (hear an audible click coming from dash area when pressed)...possible cause?
The battery will charge enough to start the car (for a good 4 hours) after I drive it for 10-15 minutes.

I have never had the 80 amp battery fuse become a problem, and if it is not blown it should def. not be an issue. I have never heard of the horn and alternator sharing the same ground. Have you actually tested your alternator?

definitely check fuse 15.. if your vss isnt working aka your speedometer isnt working then most likely your fuse 15 is out.. vss/alternator share same fuse..
if its not the fuse or if your speedometer is working then most likely its a ground wire.. check all 3 main ones..
1. valve cover to chasis
2. Tranny to chasis
3. Thermostat housing ground..
make sure they are all tight

Thanks everyone. I finally got a warm day to pop the hood and it looks as if my windshield wiper fluid hose got caught in the mix and shredded the belt.
It's still on there and seems to be spinning...after I replace this I'll check all grounds proposed by you guys and the fuse I know I wen over 10 times already lol
Thanks everyone.
