gsr swap
no not the engine... LOL my civic dash had an accident while i was trying to install a cluster and it had chipped pretty bad so i got mad and started to break it... ITS BEEN A FRUSTRATING EG PROJECT so i found a gsr dashboard in black for 40!!!!! yes thats very cheap anyways umm when i installed it i noticed that the eg door panels wont let the door close and the original eg center console doesn't fit the gsr dashboard... so my ? is will a gsr door panels and gsr center console and the shifter boot thingy fix the issues and make it all fit and make the doors close the right way like how it should????????

Re: gsr swap
ok for the gaps when the doors are ope its only like .5 of an inch and can be fixed with weather stripping put onto the dash.l...as for the door panels you have to leave one door open and shut the other ....mark where the dash meets the door and cut it out do the same for the other side ....then cut out the indented portion of an integra door panel and fiberglass it in from the back and smooth the front with bondo and sand and smooth it then reupolster the doors ...

^^^^^ for real man i agree with you but i didnt know what i was doing and people were like yeah ma a gsr dash fits into the eg you just need the mounts for it and your good.... STR8 UP B.S i had a bend a few things about 4 inches. break off the a/c vent that goes on top of the cluster to make my EP3 CLUSTER FIT and i even had to break some of the internal plastic for the dashboard.... and as far as the mounts, it doesnt look possible but tie wraps sure would it possible but honestly there is a gap which wont bother me much since ima modify it more to see if the gap can be less... i was looking at the gsr panels and ITS POWER WINDOWS POWER LOCK!!!!!!!!! SO I LOOKED INTO A UNIVERSAL POWER LOCK AND POWER WINDOW KIT SO THE PANELS CAN GO ON CLEAN WITHOUT ME BREAKING THE PANELS AND GIVE IT A CLEAN LOOK

Re: gsr swap
I have seen a car in person with it done, and it looked pretty damn good, I think he said something about he moded the civic door pannels to fit the dash.
I think there is a thread in the faq, a diy or something of someone doing this.

Re: gsr swap
damn.. well ive done research and the best thing i could find was a dude that heated up the panels but the outcome is abit melted which that i didnt like because its not a perfect design look and cutting the integra and civic panels to make 1 panel also isn't what i want to do....
