gsr suspension on 92 civic dx hb

will this make much of a difference over the stock DX ones? my friend has a set of gsr shocks/springs laying around..
just wondering if this would be beneficial in any way.. im pretty positive its a straight bolt on, correct?

EDIT: its a DX not CX.. not like it matters

Keep in mind that the car will look like Bigfoot. It's going to be JACKED UP!!! High roll center notwithstanding, if the shocks are in good shape, it will improve handling. It'll just look like hell.

looks like hell right now, are you saying its goin to be higher than it is right now?

the shocks/springs from the gsr have like 30k on them.. the stock ones have lik 120k.. so were just tryin to refresh it a bit and hope it has a better feel

Keep in mind that the teg suspension is designed to hold up a car that weighs 4-500 lbs more than a DX hatch, so naturally, it won't compress as much w/ less weight on it.

30k is still pretty fresh, so it'll be worth your while ride-quality-wise.
