yes the only thing that could be a problem is the inside rear bracket will need a longer bolt to make it to the floor or you could just use 3 bolts.. your call

For that 4th bolt on each bracket, use the Integra ones.

there will also be a gap in the back seat between the bottom and the back, good place to find seats.......in classifieds or on ebaymotors....

If you place a piece of black/grey carpet, whatever color your seats are, behind the rear seat it doesnt look that bad, better than seeing the metal through the gap...
