A...real tune. Get a wide band O2 sensor, Hondata, Chrome, ECTune or some other tuning software and a chipped ECU and have someone create a tune for the motor. Get some better cams and a header while you're at it.

I didn't know they made a human wideband? Get a real wideband if you actually want to see if you are running rich/lean and go from there.

Check the easy things first. Make sure you have adequate fuel pressure, all injectors firing, and no fuel leaks. Go from there.

if its a stock gsr and correct ecu mated with it, a tune s gonna cost more money than just diagnosing and fixing your lean problem

have you check/rechecked your timing? at the dizzy as well and check the condition of your o2

if you have a multimeter check if your tps, map for spec

The distributor has nothing to do with you running leans. You need to check your injectors with a Noid light for voltage.

ok so the dizzy should be fine i think it was the timing it was off a lil i rechecked it at least thats why it was running sluggish still not dead on i dont think but this moring on the way to work it was running fine until about 25 miles then it started breaking up felt like it was skippin unless i gave it alot of gas or high rpms it would kinda clean out then ab 15 more mile of that it went back to running pretty good again

Sounds like a fuel delivery issue. Check to make sure all injectors are firing.

Its still possible to have voltage at the injector and it not work, it may be stuck closed or clogged. I would unplug them 1 at a time and listen for a change in the engine. If you have one that causes no change then you have found the problem.

do u have an unrestricted type of intake on it because it made my car pop and run lean until i upped the fuel to compensate

wat ever the case a tune is always recommended

Also check whether the fuel pressure regulator is working properly.

You should have 12 volts showing on one of the two wires on each injector.

If its a stock GSR, then there is no reason to tune it. What ECU are you running? DO you have any CEL's?
