Yup, that's basically it, the OBD-I computer won't even look for as much as the OBD-II, and the engine's basically the same so the fuel map's basically the same. Just the OBD-II to OBD-I conversion harness and the ECU for the OBD-I computer, the rest should be plug and play.
I was thinking if the driver's side mount changed from the OBD-I to OBD-II, but I don't recall if they were diff

Oh yeah, forgot about that.
You'll have to use OBD-I GSR injectors and re-wire the dizzy plug to plug into the existing harness.
Wiring diagrams for the dizzy plug end in accordance with OBD's are all over the place, just search.
You g2g find a OBD-I plug and chop it off - so you can re-wire it when you have the wiring diagram for the OBD-II plug on the motor's dizzy (chop old one off, solder new one on).

if you're putting the obd2 gsr into an obd1 car (civic) the harness plugs directly into the civic harness at the shock towers, and you just need an obd1 ecu

are you putting an obd2 motor in an obd1 car?? just use the complete motor swap with obd2 harness and use an obd1 ecu. the obd2 harness will plug in at the shock towers like the post before me said
