let it warm up and burn off some of the residue.. thats normal.. now if the problem consits then contact the assembler.. .. actully contact him now, so he knows.. the longer you wait the more chances of him saying. :" oh you beat on the motor and didnt break it in correctly its your problem now"

Re: (sohcvtec1995)
ive never seen one do that really, but it does take a little while for the rings to break in, but that should be like 20 minutes. Usually they dont smoke out of the dipstick hole and the breather like that, maybe just a little blow by. Thats kinda weird, maybe he left an oil ring out..

the o ring is in i asked the assembler but the thing that gets me is no signs of a blown head gasket but its got moisture everywhere and the engine runs beautifully like when you get a car out of the dealership lot. i have ran the motor for about and hour and drove it i did not take it past 3700rpms but i feel it has power and no lag so im kinda lost.

Re: (CCCPRB)
I had the same problem with my turbo ls, run like a champ but smoke like a barbecue on wheels. I believed it to be coolant somehow building pressure in the bottem end. I once put my finger over the oil breather and held it there for a couple secs. and when I removed my finger oil escaped like a shaken soda. I really never solved the problem just junked the whole motor and bought another. Sorry I'm no help but I am curious as to what is causing this.

Is you motor oil contaminated with coolant or vise-verse?
If so, I'd say you have a cracked block or the head gasket wasn't installed correctly.
If not, I'd check the entire PCV system for restriction, bad PCV valve, et cetera...
