gsr hatch
Hi guys. I have a 98 gsr in a 94 hatch with i/h/e that wont run lower than a 9.6@73 in the 1/8. my 02 sensor is not correctly hooked up yet. i heard that when the sensor is not hooked up, abouy 20 % power is lost. is this true. cause other gsr hatches i see have run constant 9.30's and 9.20's. anyone have experience with a gsr in a hatch??

Well you've already got your own theory on the prob. Now test it out. Get the o2 sensor hooked up properly. Now if that doesn't work and you've expended all other solutions, post up again and then we can help.

Just FYI, when creating a thread, please put the thread title of WHAT the problem is.
Not just "gsr hatch", that doesn't say jack **** on what you are posting about.
Another thing as well is to NOT put a "poll" up unless it's about something you are doing a poll on.
If you are having O2 sensor problems, then pull the codes, you probably are throwing code 1 or 41.
In that case, search around. Others including myself have posted about troubleshooting O2 sensors.

Re: (jeremyEG)
i never hooked up a second o2. I have a obd1 p72 ecu in mine, and as soon as i hooked up the 02 sensor, check engine light went away....i guess u dont need a 2nd 02 sensor, as someone previously mentioned.
