Default GSR front strut bar in an EG?

i assume this post was talked about, but i didn't find any info on this when searching. Is it possible to install one on my 93 cx? Thanks.

yes it is. the holes should be already there

*edit* some 5th genners may not have them pre-drilled. there should be dimples there atleast

so, it does fit...it is a stock one, so i only need nothing but the bar itself, correct? Is this better than a DC sports one or are they rated the same(lame as saying"do they do the job?")?.

Get the GSR one cheap from JDMHONDAPARTS.com or from a GSR owner that "upgraded to something else". Cheap, easy upgrade.

Check to see if you have the holes. HT user Opi's CX does not have the holes in the towers, so you might have to drill. His is the 3rd one I've seen w/out those holes, not sure why.

I have a 95 dx hatch and I had to drill the holes...no dimples there either, so I just layed the bar on there to where I thought it should be and marked the holes and drilled them...came out fine
