Default gsr exhast system on 93 hatch

i have a 93 Si hatch w/ an lsvtec and i was wondering if i was to use the stock gsr exhaust setup from the header all the way to the muffler would it fit? if it wouldnt fit, what kinda mods to i have to make. i've searched the archived threads and cant find much that pertains to my question exactly. any help is appreciated.

i've never read anything about the same question as well, but I do believe I read something about it will fit up until the axle-back portion

i used a muffler that was used on an integra on my EG hatch and it stuck out quite a bit

did you just bolt up the axle back? i asked the same question in another thread and some people told me that i'd have to cut the mid pipe.

i put a 99 integra 4 dr ls exhaust on my 92 hatch but i had to shorten it in 2 places. in the straight part 3 in. before the first bend make a mark on the pipe and cut it in the middle and again just past the second bend. shorten them both 4 inches. but on the rear cut, rotate the pipe clockwise 1/4 in so the pipe wont touch the gas tank. hope this helps.

I have this exact exhaust right now. Stock b18c header, 99 si cat, then a bone stock GSR a pipe and axle back.
Heres what I did to make it work.
-Took the front flange off the 99 Si cat, and rotated it, re welded it, so it bolts right up.
-Added about 3-4" to the A pipe right after the cat (where its straightest).
-Took off 4-5" off of the axle back, closest to the muffler (where its straightest).
-Modded the muffler a bit. Took the chrome tip off, sawed off about 2.5" off the muffler tip, then bolted the chrome tip back on.

Looks stock. If your patient, I think ive got some pics on my pc at home. Ill post em up if Ive got them.

fo real, the cars arent even the same length, why would you think it would fit. The teg is obviously longer so you will have to shorten it. Why not just get a system that will fit, but quiet like stock.

The issue I had with an LS exhaust on my hatch was that the cat was almost 2 inches too far over towards the drivers side.

As it stands, it will take more than a spare bolt to get your pipes on there. You may be better off getting a cat back for that model year and modding the front of the b-pipe if needed.

read the 6th post on this thread
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1560615
thats why i figured it might fit with a little bit of modification. i also wanted to see what stock header/cat/midpipe/axle back combo other people are using to get an idea of what i will try out. why not post some helpful information instead of being a smart ***? i mean, its obvious that the teg is longer and i will have to shorten the mid pipe. why not read this post.
