IMO, Go all motor. I would also use mostly all Honda parts too: p72-00 pistons with CTR cams, Type-R TB and a skunk2 manifold should yeild some good power with excellent reliability. Also, one of the best things to consider n/a or turbo is an LSD. I used one in my EK/b18c and it made a good difference in acceleration.

I turboed mine.

GSR is perfect for boost (this is a very debatable topic i know)

Either way flip a coin.

All motor gets more respect.

It all depends on what you want. Do you want alot of horsepower? Will you be driving the car daily? How much money are you willing to spend?

Ok, if you want alot of horsepower =TURBO.
If driving daily= 5-6 psi TURBO
If pockets are deep= TURBO

Don't want to deal with alot of tuning= ALL MOTOR
Moderate HP= ALL MOTOR
Pockets are shallow= ALL MOTOR
Reliability= ALL MOTOR

I love ALL MOTOR.
EG Si
B18c1 block
higher CR
b16A2 head
9200 rpm= smile ear to ear.

EG Dx
B18c1
thicker head gasket
Drag Gen 3
Aem Engine Management
12 Psi = O **** + GOD DAM + JESUS CHRIST + WOW + EJACULATION

Go all-motor. Also I would suggest a SUPERCHARGER for road racing if you do want some more torque and an LSD.

to build a good all motor is gonna cost more than a good turbo setup.... all motor is more expensive

WTF? yea lets rev to 9200 on a stock B16 head and a stock GSR block....... smart man..... stop talking....you have no clue

to build a good all motor is gonna cost more than a good turbo setup.... all motor is more expensive..... and reliability is not an issue between all motor and turbo if #1 your not an idiot and #2 you get a good tuner to tune your ****....

and why would you spend over 900 dollars on a AEM EMS for a stock GSR motor on 12psi when hondata can do the job for a lot less........

plz stop talking you dont know ****......

fully built gsr is great but you be the judge cause none of us are going to help you pay for anything. There are good sides and bad sides to both boosting and all motor it depends on what you are more willing to deal with

Ok Guy. I was being lazy on the all motor post. I'll get into detail
GS-R block
Forged 11.5:1 pistons
Shot peened GS-R Rods
type r oil pump
gs-r water pump
Mugen Head gasket
B16A2 Head
Skunk2 Titanium Retainers
Type R double valve springs ( intake and exhaust)
Head was polished by previous owner
B16a2 Tranny
Clutchmaster stage 3 clutch
and stock flywheel
Chipped P61 Ecu

Is that enough info
The turbo car really only has those things on it
Of course FPR,FP,EGT but nothing hardcore except for the AEM mange.

By the way these are 2 cars that we own not no H-T fourm made up ****
They both run the 1/4 mile in WAAAAAYYYYYY less than A shitty 15.2 @ walking MPH.
So watch your mouth.

well the thing is if I go turbo will the turbo handle some abuse at the road racing track with not problems or there may occur some issues?

in the other hand if i go all motor would be more fun to drive and better respond on the road racing track??

or i can make the turbo to respond nice and fast on the track??

i am planning to do some road racing but once on a while not always !!
i had drove my buddys trubo 00 si and i love it because it's fast and then some times theres alots of issues as well!!
