Gsr cutting out! Pls help.

Gsr cutting out! Pls help.
So I have a 96 ek hatch with a chipped p28 94 gsr. the motor itself is stock. So here is my issue my old throttle body was sticking so I got another one to replace it, I took everything off the old one and put it on the other. All the sensors to. Anyway since I did that now the motor wont rev past 3500rpm. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
