Gsr coupe won't start after swap
I just swaped in a 95 gsr motor into a 95 civic coupe, after replacing the head gasket and installing the motor it refuses to start.
I double checked the timeing and wiring and every thing seems correct, but I have noticed that the manifold fills with gas when cranking.
When I set fills with gas I mean it's completely flooded, gas pours out the throttle body.
Anybody know why that could be?
Background on the motor: was turbo'd and then one day started blowing black smoke ( which we all know means gas) injectors are stock.

I'll check all of that later this week, the injectors do look they have been re-wired and there's always a chance that they were wired wrong
