before any one jumps down my throats and tells me how to use the search button. i already did and nothing

i installed the cluster into my eg and my cruise control light stays on when i put the headlights on it turns off. why could this be i dont have the cruise control wire attached to anything since i dont have cruise control.

also the oil pressure and battery light stay on. im pretty sure the battery light is because i dont have a dizzy installed right now until friday but how bout the oil pressure.
any help would be appreciated thanks
