Yeah it wasn't difficult at all, the hardest part was the trimming to make it look smooth. Having a tach with the appropriate redline as well as seperate fuel/ temp guages is a plus too. I used the first link- 95civicEX's wiring info to do mine and it was on the money
Definitely worth it IMO

ok thanx for the links..but i just have a few more qs

anyone that's done this..about how long does it take?
after reading the links, they said something about using the civic cover..then someone said something about bondo..how exactly does it fit into the dash?

i have a stock civic dash by the way
thanx

I actually have been looking for pics of the exact places you are cutting on the cluster. No luck though finding any pics

It doesn't fit in stock form. Some people just remove the clear plastic dust cover and trim the black plastic surround to fit but that looks like *** IMO. If you are good with your hands you can glue the front half of the civic cluster (the clear plastic and surround part) to the back half of the Teg cluster and fill in any gaps with bondo. If you are carefull the results can be very impressive.

The wiring isn't too hard at all. It took me about an hour but I also used molex style plugs from Radio Shack so that I could switch between clusters.

Hope this helps

Mike

Do you just cut the plastic covering? I heard there is cutting required to make it fit, but haven't seen any pics or got any detailed instructions on what to cut.

Please do post the pics!

As far as I know, if people don't glue the two seperate cluster parts together then they trim the top of the cluster flat to fit. Instead of trimming the cluster to fit, I trimmed the black piece from the Civic that surrounds the cluster, hazard button etc.- since that piece would be easy to find and replace
