Default Gsr build

I have a B18c1 block and head completly stock no head work or block work. My block is bare with no internals i want to get high compression pistons and eagle rods with a gsr crank. I have an Ls crank and a gsr crank wich one will give me more compression? I wanted to originally get a b20b block and make a vtec conversion but it would be to expensive to buy another block and internals. If i bore my gsr block to 85mm and resleeve it would i have enough piston to valve clearence? I know with a b20 block and a gsr head it would be off becasue a gsr head is 33mm and a b20 block is 31 mm of valve clearence. would i be able to just bore the block sleeve it and throw some eagle rods with a gsr crank and type r pistons in there without any headwork? please help i need a direction.
