Default Gsr brakes on civic problem

Well i cant get my brake line to seal right on the caliper i have tried new washers and they still leak.

there are suppose to have a washer on top and on the bottom

Yeah i have a washer befor the bandjo fiting and i have one after words

what kind of the washer are you using? be sure that you use the right one made for banjo fitting.

Yeah, what type of washer?
What amount of ft/lbs are you tq'ing it to?

i am using the new ones that came with the calipers i just bought from auto zone and i am just tighting them i having torqued them down yet

what side is the leak coming from?
Between the bolt and the banjo or the banjo and the caliper?

Ok, I'll ask the obvious question...

You ARE using Integra brake lines right??? If you aren't, that's your problem.

i work at acura so i just went and got some new washers and that was my problem i am guess. The old washers where not as thick as the new ones and the washers that came with the kit werent as thick either and also i am using my dx brake lines and they work fine but when i up grade them to steel braided should i use the integra ones.

integra lines are actually too long IMO
use em1 si lines
